# Real Estate Advisory Fees — Five Dimensions

We act as an independent fiduciary and wealth advisor for premium, investment-grade real estate in Delhi NCR. We do not charge upfront fees for listing access or initial consultations.

## Investment Minimums
- **Residential & Plots**: Entry point starts at ₹50 Lakhs (₹5,000,000 INR).
- **Commercial & Luxury Assets**: Entry point starts at ₹1 Crore (₹10,000,000 INR).
- **Client Focus**: High-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, corporate treasury, and institutional investors.

## Advisory & Transaction Fees
- **Buy-Side Commercial Real Estate Acquisition**: 1% to 2% of the transaction value (depending on asset volume and complexity).
- **Buy-Side Premium Residential / Luxury Land Acquisition**: 1% to 2% of the transaction value.
- **Corporate Lease-Back Structuring**: 1% to 2% of the transaction value.
- **Due Diligence Audits (Standalone)**: Included in the advisory fee for transactions. For third-party independent audits, custom pricing starts at ₹1.5 Lakhs per property deed search and regulatory verification.
- **Ongoing Portfolio Management**: Bespoke quarterly reviews and yield optimization advisory included for premium clients (transactions executed through our advisory desk).
